Play freely and use the quizzes at movie nights. The record is cinema’s; the implementation is this site’s.
Use
The quizzes are free to play and free to use at quiz nights and in classrooms, without an
account and without asking. Facts about published films – who directed what, when, what won –
are the public record; the question bank, the drawings and the writing are this site’s. Film
titles are used to refer to the films; no affiliation with any studio is implied.
Accuracy
The dataset is verified as described on the About page. Where a fact is contested the site
avoids it rather than scoring it. Corrections through the contact page are welcome and get
applied to the dataset, which fixes every quiz at once.
No warranty
The site is tested and it is still software. A page with JavaScript off shows its writing
and no quiz. Nothing here should settle a bet with money on it.
